LENT DAY 37 Baseball, Apple Pie and Chevrolet

This Saturday at One P.M.,
"Literary Cinema" features a Barry Levinson movie about the myth of baseball.
Based on a Bernard Malamud novel, this film stars Glenn Close, Robert Duvall, Wilford Brimley
and Robert Redford as a natural slugger.

This film has become a classic for two reasons, Randy Newman's classic musical score and the cinematography.
The screening is free in the Main Library 291 Seat Auditorium at 1 PM.
