"The Names of Love" is Funny French Love

"The Names of Love," is a French romantic comedy that finds humor in the religion, sex and politics. Sara Forestier portrays Baya, an Algerian Arab hippie chick with leftist politics. She is attracted to Arthur Martin (Jacques Gamblin) a straight laced Jew whose parents are Holocaust survivors.

Taking a cue from Woody Allen movies, **The Names of Love** tackles dark themes with humor. **The Names of Love** features belly laughs involving social faux paus and Parisian Nudity. Sara Forestier is a delight and should be a name to reckon with in our cinemamatic future. She will next be seen in the US as French pop star France Gall in Joann Sfar's "Gainsbourg: A Heroic Life."
