Lent Day 6

After interviewing
Mary ("The Notorious Betty Page") Harron
on the telephone, I had dinner again at "Jack's Hamburgers."

I also want to note, that Hess Gas Stations provide FREE air for your tires.
Cool move and they have my loyalty because of that.

Oscar Stats

The 78th Annual Academy Awards earned it's second lowest ratings in 19 years on television.
How appropriate, given the low box office gross from 2005.

For the most part, the awards went according to plan,
until "Crash" won Best Picture.
At least, I am glad that I noted Paul Haggis' work with an Honorable Mention.

While "King Kong" earned some vindication by the Rondo Hatton and Empire Awards, Peter Jackson's
epic earned three Oscars,
the same amount as "Crash," "Brokeback Mountain" and "Memoirs of a Geisha."

Now, when is the MTV Movie Awards???
