about Indian's rights in Canada. In 1942, the Canadian
government appropriated lands from an Indian Tribe in
Ontario for military purposes and gave them $50,000.
Fifty three years later, a group of native protesters
cut the fence and invaded the park. When the Ontario
Police attempted to regain the park, a riot ensued and
an Indian was shot. An interesting film, "One Dead
Indian" features a confusing narrative that gives
away too much plot in the beginning of the movie.
