PBiFF scores points for Positive International Relations with Iran and Kosovo - CinemaDave

Apr. 29th, 2006 08:27 pm PBiFF scores points for Positive International Relations with Iran and Kosovo

Aside from National Inquirer worthy diva distractions
that had nothing to do with Florida Film making, PBiFF
still provided an opportunity for international film
makers.

Iran's "Elephant Cemetery"
is Director Mehran Vaziri film
about the circle of life.

"Kosovo Desparate Search"
is the first film to come out of Albania in fifty years.
The film looks at the consequences of the Kosovo War on Albania.
In fact, during the Gala, the production crew was shooting additional
footage for their film.

Despite the natural language barriers,
both the Albania and Iranian film makers provided
positive reflections about opportunities provided by
the United States.
